Lunch was at Salt by Luke Mangan with M at New Marunouchi Building (新丸の内ビル). The above is a desert, Sweet Wine custard with Sorbet. My main was Lamb Leg Brick, a slow cooked lamb dish in a spring roll like brick. M had Barramundi, which is a recommended main course for Australian "Salt". Lunch was accompanied by a glass of Tasmanian Chardonnay.
